What we build

Software that goes to production — and stays.

Many firms will build you a prototype. Fewer will take it to production. Fewer still will stay to support it after launch. VanPaulTek does all three.

Our portfolio is live: SplNtr, DIVIDIRIX, and Fairkin.com are products we designed, built, and continue to operate. They're not case-study fiction — you can ask us about any of them.

We work as a full product team: discovery, design, engineering, deployment, and ongoing operation — from a single accountability line.

How we work

A product engineering lifecycle, not a code sweatshop.

01

Discover

Users, market, goals, constraints. We push back on scope that won't matter.

02

Design

Wireframes → prototypes → visual design. Prototypes for user feedback before code.

03

MVP

Ship the smallest thing that proves the value. Usually weeks, not quarters.

04

Iterate

Analytics, user feedback, feature backlog — rapid weekly releases.

05

Launch

Marketing site, App Store, analytics, ops runbook. Ready for real load.

06

Operate

Bugs, features, scale-up, on-call. Same team, contractual ongoing support.

FAQ

Questions we hear often.

How long does an MVP typically take? +

For a focused MVP: 6 to 12 weeks. For a fuller product with real users at launch: 3 to 6 months. Ambitious multi-year platforms: longer, but always broken into shippable increments.

Who owns the intellectual property? +

You do. All code, designs, and content transfer to you on completion (or milestone-by-milestone in ongoing engagements). No vendor lock-in on our modules or accelerators.

Do you work on existing codebases? +

Yes — often. Half our work is picking up an app someone else started, stabilizing it, and moving it forward.

How do you handle handoff? +

Full documentation, runbooks, a walkthrough with your team, and a support-and-warranty window. We're around after launch — even if we're not doing ongoing work.

Do you build for AWS / GCP / Azure? +

All three. Cloud choice follows the client's existing environment, compliance posture, and cost profile — not our preference.

Can you work with our internal team? +

Yes. We often pair with in-house engineers — mentoring, code review, and shared PR ownership. Some of our best engagements are collaborative.
